Neilly Group (NG) undertook remediation design and construction of a 4ha alluvial gully adjacent to the Bowen River near Collinsville. NG undertook concept and detailed designs of remediation works for the site and presented the designs to key stakeholders. NGE were then engaged to manage and undertake the construction as the principal contractor. The revegetation of the site included the application of gypsum, mill mud, bagasse, hay, hydromulch, coir net matting, fertiliser and seeding. The project was delivered on time, on budget and to erosion remediation best practice.
