Mentoring And Coaching

Neilly Group participate in a mentoring program facilitated by James Cook University. Brett Twycross, Principal Hydrologist and Flood Risk Engineer, along with other Neilly Group staff provide mentoring over a 12-week period, ensuring that the 4 second year masters students are exposed to both theory and practical elements of a specialist field during the mentoring program.

Neilly Group has hosted Townsville high school work experience students, giving them the opportunity to learn from Environmental specialists while exposing students to a range of experiences.
