In 2017, Jason Neilly, Adam Neilly, and Brett Twycross founded Neilly Group in Townsville, Queensland. From humble beginnings in a site container in Brett’s backyard, Neilly Group has grown to be one of the leading Environmental Consultancies in Queensland. With a team of over 15 people and staff based in Townsville (head office), Atherton, Brisbane, and Bowen, the company now works throughout Queensland. Our technical expertise in environmental water resources, rivers, streams, and construction of wetlands, coupled with local knowledge and long-established relationships ensures we deliver outcomes for clients. We pride ourselves on the impactful work we’ve done to improve the health of the Great Barrier Reef and our focus on the careful restoration of wetlands and protection of culturally significant areas through water sensitive urban design. We actively support local schools, universities, charities, and events through sponsorship, donations, mentoring, and in-kind support.
